Thinking is the most important job in management, whether it is management of yourself, your family, employees or your customers. THINKING is the hardest job to do and therefore, we all hate to do it!
In thinking, what matters the most is your attitude. The mind can think positively or negatively. If you have to deal effectively with a problem you ought to be in a positive mood. Wealth, wisdom, position, status makes no difference. You are your best friend or your worst enemy.
One can get management knowledge from a management knowledge from a management course syllabus, but the insight and good sense that transforms that knowledge into wisdom comes only from experience.
